REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Branch Mum, LLC, we operate and control www.branchmum.com and we want to thank you for shopping with us. 

At Branch Mum, LLC, your maximum satisfaction is our priority and ultimate goal and that is why we have provided this policy to cater for any challenge that you have with any of the products purchased from Branch Mum,  LLC.    

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact Branch Mum, LLC and we will direct you on how to return it so that we can make a store credit, or exchange with another product or better still make a full refund back to you. We have provided the conditions for our return/refund, kindly take time to read them.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, Branch Mum, LLCC will not offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 15 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. Branch Mum, LL may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.

Conditions for Return

To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a Store credit in the amount of the refund. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Returning a product if you change your mind

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and you notify us within 30 days of delivery, Branch Mum, LLC will provide you with a store credit for unopened products after the goods are returned to us. The store credit will be for the product price paid less the return delivery charge. Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by Branch Mum, LLC until the item has been received at our warehouse.

Products or Items that will not be accepted

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or any of its part is missing.

Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery.

Products that have been personalized or customized.

Items or Products that have been used, altered or that shows wear or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, Branch Mum, LLC will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days afterwards.

How to make Returns

When returning a product, please send an email to us at [write your email address] so that you can be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and contact us via our email: info@danb80.sg-host.com
